Refund policy

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be accepted, the item must be unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached, in the condition it arrived in. Return shipping is paid by you.

How to start a return

Email enzuramgnmt@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to send back. We'll reply with the return address and confirm the item is eligible. Please don't ship anything to us before emailing — we can't promise to process a package we weren't expecting.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order turns up damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email enzuramgnmt@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full and cover shipping both ways. This doesn't count against the 30-day window.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges yet. If you want something different, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
