Terms of service

These terms cover your use of enzura.us and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you're agreeing to them.

Who we are

ENZURA is a clothing brand based in Georgia, United States. You can reach us any time at enzuramgnmt@gmail.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We'll send a confirmation email when you order and a second email when it ships.

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item turns out to be out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll tell you why.

Products are made in limited runs. When something sells out we can't promise it will come back.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken when you order. We can correct pricing errors at any time before an order ships.

Product descriptions and colour

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Our garments are garment-dyed, which means colour varies from piece to piece by design — that's a feature of the process, not a fault. Screens also render colour differently, so what you see may not match exactly.

Our brand and content

The ENZURA name, the FORTIS lockup, the EZ monogram, our logos, photography and written content belong to us. Please don't reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Using the site

Don't use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to scrape or copy it wholesale. We can refuse service to anyone.

Liability

We provide the site and our products as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability we can't legally limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
